Mt KG Station to St Ives
Oxfam Training – Checkpoint 3 – 4. So I just signed myself up to do the Oxfam Trailwalker 100km Sydney walk, that means it’s time to get started on my training. I’m pretty fit generally, and after doing plenty of section 1-2 walk of the…
Walking the Illawarra Escarpment
Another Sunday, another hike. This time I’ll be joining the UNSW Wandering Society to bushwalk the Illawarra Escarpment track. (Yes, I am back in University studying part time!) Everyone gathered near central station at 10am, to take the 10:29am train which arrive at Coalcliff station…

Hiking in Kosciuszko National Park

Marramarra National Park is one of Sydney’s hidden gem. Unfortunately, it is not really accessible by public transport and the only way to get here is by driving. I started the trail from Canoelands Ridge Trail. To get here, it is about a 40 minutes…
Hiking Warrumbungle National Park
I wanted to get out of Sydney during the Labour Day long weekend, so being the spontaneous person that I am and wanted to hike/stargaze at same time, I decided to take a 6 hour drive up north west to Coonabarabran with another friend in the…
Blue Mountains NP – Ruined Castle Circuit
Another weekend, another hike! 🙂 Haven’t done one in 3 weeks because of the rain in Sydney (it was raining almost everyday in the first of October) and also recovering from my sprained ankle. But I needed some nature so decided to join the Sydney…
Exploring Yosemite National Park!!
Hello! Yes, this year I got to tick an item off my bucket list, and that was to visit Yosemite National Park. My schedule in the US (SF part of the trip) was tight (had a tech conference to attend for 3 days and also…
Meet the Author

Hi everyone! I'm William Chow, 24 year old kid from Sydney, Australia. One of my many passion is hiking, bushwalking, camping and exploring nature so thanks for stopping by. Since I go hiking/bushwalking almost every weekend (and overnight camping now and then), I decided to dedicate a site (seperate from my personal blogging site) to share my adventures on every walk I do, and I hope you feel my passion in my blog enough to do some walks yourself!
