Mt Victoria to Blackheath via Little Blue Gum (35km, elev 1130m)
Easy flat 6km start along Victoria Falls Rd, should be able to walk this in one hour before descending down to little blue gum. We go up Pearce’s Pass to cover a nice 450m
Wentworth Falls to Blackheath via Lockley Pylon, Perrys Lookdown (35km)
This walk is relatively straightfoward as about 60% of it is firetrail / road. The descent down to blue gum forrest through shortridge pass is probably the trickiest bit
Mount Piddington & Grand Canyon via Rail Walkway (30km)
This walk is about half local roads and half mountainous terrain. We start with a stunning walk up to Mount Piddington from where we can head out across various tracks to
Woy Woy to Wagstaffe via Bouddi NP (38km)
This is a fairly straight foward hike (distance is no issue for me), and can be done when wet. Do note, there is one section (from the 33km mark on AllTrails, where you will need to go offtrack and walk alongside the coast line if you want to reach Box Head
Heathcote to Heatcote via Royal & Heathcote NP (28km)
The initial plan was to take kangaroo creek from heathcote to waterfall station on the Royal National Park side, but we decided to stay on track going through Karloo Track
Katoomba to Jenolan Caves (6 foot Track – 52km) in one day
If you would like to complete this track, you will need to organise a car shuffle, for our group, on Saturday we drove 3 cars to Jenolan caves and parked 2 cars there.
Meet the Author
Hi everyone! I'm William Chow, 26 year old hiker from Sydney, Australia. One of my many passion is hiking, bushwalking, camping, star gazing and exploring the outdoors so thanks for stopping by. Since I go hiking/bushwalking almost every weekend (and multi day hikes now and then when time allows), I decided to dedicate a site (seperate from my personal blogging site) to share my adventures on every walk I do, and I hope you feel my passion in my blog enough to do some walks yourself!
