Kangaroo Creek Loop, Royal National Park
Lots of variations in the track, and the possibility of a dip in the pool on a hot day, make this trail an enjoyable! hike. Wear the correct footwear if it has just rained track can be muddy
Helensburgh to Bundeena via Royal Coast Track + Extra Detours (38km)
This walk is relatively straightfoward as the coast track is a popular tourist ‘walk’
Heathcote to Heatcote via Royal & Heathcote NP (28km)
The initial plan was to take kangaroo creek from heathcote to waterfall station on the Royal National Park side, but we decided to stay on track going through Karloo Track
Night hike – Otford to Bundeena 33km
A full moon walk with clear skies after 12am, walking underneath the stars. Sunrise near wedding cake rock.
Waterfall Station to Loftus Station via Audley (22km)
Starting from Waterfall station, we’ll walk to Karloo Pools (3.5 hrs), and have lunch here and maybe a swim (for qazi) – see picture, after that we will walk to Ironbark Picnic
Royal National Park Coast Track (30km)
Our starting point is the village of Otford, at the southern end of the RNP. From Otford Station we have a steep climb out of Otford Valley, to the RNP entrance
